Roof tile vents and slate vents – let it flow

Roof tile vents and slate vents need to facilitate essential airflow in the roof space without spoiling the kerb appeal of properties. Thankfully, Manthorpe’s wide range of roof tile vents fit aesthetically as well as mechanically, ensuring a stylish and functional finishing touch to any project. All of our tile vents facilitate roof space ventilation and can provide mechanical/soil stack extraction termination if required for many roof types, pitches and styles.

Roof tile vents are available in multiple colours and sizes and in all major styles such as roman, castellated, pantile, plain, granular and flat edge, so you can be sure of finding the right vent for all of your projects. The full range of options is listed in our Roofing Guide, available for download here.

Our roof tile and slate vents have undergone vigorous testing at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) to strengthen the design features of the final products and compatibility with surrounding roof structure.

The range is also entirely British manufactured, as are the majority of our products; proudly supporting British manufacturing and minimising risk in the supply chain and in your project schedules.

Roof tile vents - stand-alone or extraction termination

Roof tile vents often require further accessories in order to perform at maximum efficiency, for example for use in mechanical extraction. Many of our tile and slate vents are manufactured to fit directly with our range of flexible extraction pipes and are adjustable to work with round or oval connections.
