Customer Care Manager - required to join the team at Manthorpe BP
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday (08.30am till 17:00pm)
The customer experience manager is responsible for delivering world class experience to all customers with the objective of 100% customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Pro-active and demonstrative leadership of the Manthorpe Building Products customer care department
- Development and maintenance of a knowledgeable and empowered customer care team to ensure the customer's journey is optimised and pleasurable for all enquiry handling including, but not limited to - order processing, pricing estimations and information requests
- Ensure all sales leads are followed up promptly and effectively - the customers is always contacted
- Create and encourage a culture of identifying bolt-on (up selling) opportunities
- Management and maintenance of CRM activity
- Preparations of daily sales and weekly CRM activity reports
- Pro-active communications and re-engagement with non-spending customers
- Securing appointments for the external sales team as appropriate
- Support the external sales force and provide information from CRM upon request - includes ad-hoc administration and support
- Active engagement with systems and process users include role of an IFS(CRM) champion
- To support other departments - eg. Technical, Commercial, Finance and Operations
- Liaise with Polypipe Group companies as necessary
