Christmas Stock Take & Holiday Closure Notice – Manthorpe Building Products

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to inform our valued customers of our upcoming annual stock take and Christmas holiday closure dates.

Please take note of the following key dates to ensure your orders are placed and received in good time.

Annual Stock Take – December 2025

To facilitate our year-end inventory process, we will be temporarily suspending shipments during the first week of December. Please see the schedule below:

• Last shipment before stock take:
  Wednesday 3rd December – for delivery on Thursday 4th December,
  Orders must be placed by 12:30pm on Wednesday 3rd December.
• First shipment after stock take:
  Monday 8th December – for delivery on Tuesday 9th December.

We appreciate your cooperation during this period as we carry out essential stock reconciliation.

Christmas Holiday Closures – December 2025 to January 2026

Our offices and warehouse will close for the Christmas break, and we encourage customers to plan ahead to avoid any disruption.

• Last shipment before Christmas:
  Monday 22nd December – for delivery on Tuesday 23rd December,
  Orders must be placed by 12:30pm on Monday 22nd December.
• First shipment in the New Year:
  Friday 2nd January 2026 – for delivery on Monday 5th January 2026.
