Cavity trays for moisture drainage

A cavity tray provides a barrier within a cavity wall, to prevent the ingress of moisture into the inside of the building, resulting in damp build up. By collecting moisture, which has penetrated the external wall and directing it safely out.  Cavity trays, used in conjunction with appropriate weep vents, serve to prevent this major damage and its associated high repair costs.

Manthorpe supplies an extensive range of cavity trays to suit new build and refurbishment projects, covering all manner of scenarios, including internal and external corners, roof abutments, cavity bridges and lintels, as well as trays available for brickwork, blockwork and stonework details. Also available with lead flashing attached. These trays are designed to fit and work seamlessly with Manthorpe’s own range of weep vents, simplifying both sourcing and installation.

Our cavity trays are entirely British manufactured, as are the majority of our products; proudly supporting British manufacturing and minimising risk in the supply chain and in your project schedules.
